Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions before making an online reservations.

To make an online reservation your credit card details must be provided.

1. Scheduling Appointments
Credit cards are required for all weekend bookings and any booking over 2 hours duration Monday – Friday. 

2. Cancellation of Appointment
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. 

Less than 24 hours notice or failure to keep
an appointment (no show) will result in a charge for the complete listed price for each service.

3. Check in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.  This allows time for a leisurely check in, a change f clothes and a few minutes to relax into the experience that awaits you.  To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turnoff your mobile upon arrival. 

4. For your welfare
Natskin reserves the right to refuse treatment
on any person who is believed to be under the
influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs, or
other substance.

5. Payment Options
Cash, Natskin Gift Voucher, EFTPOS or Credit Card.
