YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

If you are visiting us for the first time you will be asked to complete a short consultation form to assist us in providing you with the best possible service. Naturally, we guarantee that your personal details will remain totally confidential and accessible only by Natskin employees.

Your comfort is of paramount importance to us, and if you are visiting us for a treatment you will be invited to change into a robe and slippers. Your therapist will then show you to your room to commence your treatment.

What to Wear
Your comfort is of paramount importance to us. Our professional staff will discreetly drape you to respect your privacy and modesty. If enjoying a bath, we kindly request that you bring a bathing suit.
TERMS
For Your Welfare
In addition to filling out a consultation form, your therapist will consult with you prior to your treatment. Please notify your therapist of any physical or medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or any other issue that you believe pertinent.

Natskin reserves the right to refuse treatment on any person believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs, or any other substance.

Scheduling Appointments
Credit cards details are required for all weekend bookings and any bookings over 2hr duration Monday-Friday. Please arrive prior to allocated time to ensure you enjoy your full treatment. 

All appointments are confirmed prior to the scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed may not be held. It is therefore advisable to provide us with your most accessible telephone number or e-mail address.

Weekend Appointments
Demand for treatments on weekends is naturally greater, as such, when scheduling an appointment on weekends we kindly ask for a credit card number to secure the booking.
Group bookings
For group bookings of three or more persons, we kindly request full payment seven days prior to the scheduled appointments.  We require 72 hrs confirmation for all group bookings and no-shows will be charged in full.
Check in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your mobile upon arrival.
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a appointment, we require at least 24hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 2hours notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show) will result in a charge for the complete listed price for each service.
Refunds
Products and gift vouchers are non refundable. Products can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased either online (link to Reservations) or by calling Natskin direct. All vouchers have a 6 month expiry. When scheduling your appointment for Gift Voucher redemption please inform the receptionist of the voucher number. Please bring your Gift Voucher with you on your visit to the spa. Stolen or lost Gift Vouchers must be reported immediately.
  • Gift vouchers are not transferable to any other person.
  • Gift vouchers expire six months from date of purchase. Expired Gift Vouchers will not be honoured.
  • Failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
  • Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for cash.
  • No refunds given.
Mobile Phones
Please assist us in providing a calm and soothing environment for you by turning off your mobile phone or pager when proceeding beyond reception.
